The aging airman took in the sight of the vintage aircraft on the runway at Dallas’ Frontiers of Flight Museum and let the memories come roaring back.
“It was something to see,” said retired Air Force Sgt. Homer Hogues, who at 88 is one of the few surviving Tuskegee Airmen.
